tomorrow is my big(next to be little)day

I am still not excited or nervous.What is wrong with me.I am more anxious about this dang weather thats coming and sticking around in MIchigan.Makes driving more difficult....

Nothing is wrong with you for not being nervous!  But, it still may hit you before tomorrow.
Relax and get ready to take care of yourself!

I'm about 4 hours away from my surgery and I've been moody and tearful for the last 48 hours.I've had every emotion imaginable for the last few days. Good luck to you tomorrow!

I wasn't emotional before my surgery, but I really was after.  I think it's the stress on your body and the after effects of sedation.  Remember that you might get a little crazy....and that's normal!  Sometimes it helps if you know what's coming and prepare for it.  Get lots of rest!

Thanks Carol and Brenda for the replies.I was told by a friend about the tearfulness after.I dont do well with anesthesia any how.carol I am sorry you feel that way already.God will be with us and everything will turn out okay.

I wasn't nervous at all either, til I took the walk to pre-op and then I was only nervous a little bit... My best to you my dear! You will be fine and hopefully you will have as little pain as I did... :)  (first day is a bear though, but its well worth it!)

Thank you to all.I  pray I wont have to much pain but I know there is no gain without pain and I am prepared for that.I was not a believer in bariatric surgery for years.I dont know what got me but something did and now I am here.My Aunt who is also large has been asking me to do this for years.She is so proud of me.Thats also motivating me.Again thank you to all.Stay warm in this Michigan weather............
